If any of you really KNEW me, you would know that once the child started crying, the channel got changed faster then a shopaholic at macy's during a bogo sale.

I instead ended up watching my recorded episode of Ghost Adventures, and had to fast forward through half of THAT because it was about Ghettysburg, and the orphans who were tortured by some sadistic woman.

OK, shes his MOTHER??? Did anyone else totally not see that coming? I thought he was cheating on his wife/girlfriend or something. WHAO!

we're talking about the Gretchen Mol character-the showgirl, correct? that was my reaction as well and then I was trying to remember how old Jimmy was supposed to be in the show...so she was really young mother I guess...

I'm enjoying the show so far, although it is moving a little slow....I guess some of the story will be moving to Chicago for the next episode....

Not to me, but I wasnt paying as much attention as I should have. As soon as it appeared he was cheating on his GF, i kinda blacked out for a minute. Guess I should learn to not assume, eh?

no you're right - I rethought about the episode where Jimmy gives her the necklace and it wasn't clear till they started talking that she's his mom

I'm still watching, it is interesting but not riveting. we'll see if it keeps being kinda slow-moving...Barbie64g, I totally agree with you about the child crying scene, I always think, ok, everyone else is acting, but that 2 year-old is NOT ACTING!!!! I always wonder how they justify that...
