Where do you buy toddler shoes? - Page 2

For the Soft Star lovers, we just ordered our first pair. Here's how you can save $9 on shipping, though. Order through pinkandbluekids.com. Their shipping is only $5.00 for priority vs $14 for 1-2 pair from Soft Star. But here's the kicker. THE SHOES ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM SOFT STAR! Yes, I had to shout because I was so flabberghasted when the priority box arrived with Soft Star Shoes on the return address.

I know, right?? My DH lovingly (yet quietly so as not to give him a complex) refers to them as "hobbit feet".

We get DD's shoes from Payless and Stride Rite. This summer she had some serious growth spurts going from a 5.5. very quickly to a 6 and then a 6.5, 7 and finally she seems resting at a 7.5. We've had great luck with Payless shoes and Stride Rite. I prefer Payless. DD gets more use out of her Payless shoes. The ones we've purchased are well made and comfy on her feet but Stride Rite has a wider collection.
