Ok so we went back to the doctor today. They would not even look at my growth charts from the WHO becuase their practice doesn't use them and he has to stay on their growth charts. They use the old CDC ones and he is below the 3rd percentile. They say those are the ones recommended by the Canadian Pediatric Society and they see lots and lots of other breastfed babies that don't fall off the curve. I don't believe them by the way. Today he weighed 17lbs 3oz and they referred me to a pediatrician.

For instance, my DD dropped percentiles starting around then, but DH and I are both small and her size was appropriate considering that. Our docs weren't worried. They used some calculation to figure out, given her age/size, how tall/heavy she might be when she grows up, and it was right around our size.

I wasn't too worried about it until I plotted him on the WHO charts. Really though he is pooing and peeing enough, eating a lot, and often, super happy, meeting all his milestones on time and some ahead of time and frequently sleep 12 hours at night. Also, my older son is tiny too. They wanted him to see the doctor at the same age but I just skipped the appointment.

If you the first weight was taken right after a large feed and right before a large voiding and the second was taken right after a large voiding and right before a feed, that could be a big part of your discrepancy.
In other words, you need more data points.

I have a bunch of weight between birth and 6 weeks and then those two, plus today's weight of 17bs 3oz. That's it though.

This isn't really what I was asking. I was asking if I plotted it properly and if I should worry based on what was plotted. Did you see his growth curve? Is that what you're basing this advice on? I'm sorry, I really am not meaning to be snarky but had a hard time wording this.
