HFCS needs a new image???

Of course they do, too many people know to avoid HFCS. What better marketing strategy than to rename it and make people think they're getting something different that isn't as bad for them? It's depressing how gullible they think folks are, isn't it?

When I first saw the headline on Yahoo I actually thought to myself "What, are they going to name it 'corn sugar'" :/
All the more reason for going the least-processed-possible route. Who knows how mnay countless other names were changed to sound more benign.
