Multi-Vitamin for toddler?

My just 2 yr old weaned at 21 months and I'm wondering about getting her on a multi-vitamin now. We eat a pretty clean whole foods diet, but should I do something more for her?
Does anyone have any recomendations for a multi-vit for kids. Something not to expensive...I've been looking a little on vitacost and there is a Hero nutritionals organic whole food gummi, any suggestions?

Personally I think you get what you pay for.

I stay away from gummis as they are loaded with sugar. If you don't object to your LO getting 4 grams of sugar a day in her vitamin, than the hero doesn't look too bad.

Personally we use Thorne research children's multis. (about 15 bucks a bottle, but they last a while) They are more expensive, but better quality IMO

$15 a bottle in reasonable to me. I would rather stay away from gummies if they are loaded with sugar. I guess I would just need a chewable then...

I'm quite pleased with Thorne and we take many of their supplements. They have more bioavaliable forms of the vitamins in their formulations.

The doasge is 6 capsules but this is for a 4 yr old. My son is 2.5 and we give him 4 a day. We open the capsules and mix with a little juice. He drinks it right down.

PS chewables have the same problem with the sugar. Makes then tatse like candy so lkids will eat them. Although there are a few on the market that are sweetened with xylitol. Kirkman labs has one here: http://www.kirkmanlabs.com/ViewProdu...roup_ID@1.aspx
