Anyone an ACP with Arise?

I am scheduled to start client certification for Apple Telesales on 9/30 and I am wondering how hard the certification is? I know a little bit about Apple products but I am no whiz! I am depending on this job to quit my current full time job and I am VERY VERY nervous!!

you can try wahm.com as well..but from my understanding to work for arise you have to have a biz license and pay for training etc..or am i confusing them with another company?
