Hi Mamas,
I'm very interested in doing hypnobabies, but am having trouble tracking down used copies. I've lost two ebay auctions already.

Was wondering if anyone out there had a homestudy plan they'd be willing to sell me used?

I just won an EBay auction. But I went for the version 5, and not the newest 6th edition. I think we paid 70$ for it. I already had one successful natural birth and so I am mopre curious than anything. I just started the program, it's interesting. I can't wait to see if it actually helps me in labor! I don't have any complaints about my first labor, but those videos of the ladies laying there blissed out on hypnobabies were enough to get me to try it. I was a 24 hour moo cow labor with my first. SOrry for the longish response. LOL, I guess my advice is to keep bidding and maybe go for the earlier version. We only had to bid one time and we won!

Have you looked on craigslist? I sold mine a few months ago here on the Trading Post but I think you have to have a certain number of posts to access that.

How far along are you? I'd just keep checking, keep bidding and eventually you'll get ahold of one.

How early do you recommend starting Hypnobabies? I'm due in May, and am in my 5/6th week.

IIRC the program is 6 weeks. The pregnancy affirmations you can begin at any time and I loved to do them so I started listening to them very early this time.

Last time I started the program about 20 weeks and did each 1 week session for 3 weeks, I think. This time I'll start around 30 weeks.
