Good books for explaining sex, conception, etc?

I read one to my daughter when she was five that was really great. I can't remember what it was called, but I think it would be good at age 9 to read something again.

I'd get It's So Amazing, which explains everything you could possibly want explained, clearly and unthreateningly. I also got my nine-year-old "Girl Stuff: A Survival Guide to Growing Up," which covers puberty and first periods in detail along with some sex ed stuff. It has less detail about pregnancy and fetal development and birth than It's So Amazing, but more info about the things she's super-concerned with right now, like how to choose between pads and tampons and what do you do if you get your period when you aren't expecting it, and why some of her friends are already giggly about boys when she thinks the whole idea is gross.

I'll second "It's So Amazing" by Robie Harris. We have that one in our home library because it's so amazing!

I haven't read any recently, but when I was a kid we had "Where Did I Come From?" and "What's Happening to Me?" about reproduction and puberty respectively. They had fun illustrations and I liked them as a kid...I haven't read them since, though.

Also - It's Not the Stork. Very funny book about children educating their parents. Anatomically correct and cute cartoons.
