I haven't been around here for awhile--but went to go make yogurt and can't find any recipes---I only linked back to your site so I wasn't copying your recipes---and now I can't find it on your blog!!! did you take it down? (I guess I learn my lesson for not printing off recipes for my own use right?!(

My brother is rebuilding my website/blog because it was hacked. Not sure what the ETA is for completion. And both my computers at home died on Sunday so I'm at the library getting a fix like the facebook/mothering addict that I am. I'll try to find out when they'll be back on there. Is there a particular recipe you're looking for? (of course, I have some on there that I don't even have written down at home, and I'm not even home, but if you ask, maybe I - or someone - could find it for you. I have some of them memorized...

oh I'm sorry it was hacked? why would that happen? well I found another recipe for the coconut yogurt-and hopefully it turns out---

what about the sorghum muffins? I make the millet ones all the time but remember I liked the sorghum too.

you know--if you made a cookbook with ALL your recipes I would oh SO buy it!!!

I'm glad to know the website isn't gone for good--I'll check back often to see if it's back! thanks for the reply!

Millet Muffins

1/4 c. millet flour
2/4 c. millet meal
1 c. sorghum flour
1 Tbs. corn-free baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/3 c. palm shortening
1 tsp. vinegar
2 Tbs. maple cream
1 c. water
1 flax egg (1 Tbs. ground flax + 3 Tbs. hot water)

Pour into prepared muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
Hope I'm not too late.

Maybe if y'all petitioned my brother, he'd work harder on fixing it. And I have my cookbook, which has been rejected by two publishers. I have an agent I want to send it to, but I want my website up and running first, for the tie in.

Have you considered a "Donate" button on your blog? You know, so you could pay your brother for the work he does to help you help us all?
eta: I was thinking a membership or something but I know that your idea in having the blog at all was to make sure that everyone who needs them has access to allergen-friendly recipes, hence suggesting a donate button.

I'm not paying him!! I do all his shopping for him for the family (mother's day, father's day, birthdays, etc.), and half the time he doesn't even pay me back for the presents. He also runs a website for my dad and my brother (they don't pay him either, but their websites weren't hacked!). He has a new job at a college in FL, teaching writing of video/computer games -- his dream job. He had a lot more time when he didn't like his job!
