I am on day three of the Fat Flush program. It basically looks like this:
lots of veggies
some fruit
lean proteins
lemons and limes
flax oil, flax seed
cranberry juice and water
no sugar
no caffiene
no salt
no alcohol
no dairy
no carbs
For the last 24 hours, I have pain in my lower back. I'm wondering if it has to do with my kidneys? I have never felt this pain before. Could it have to do with this diet? I started it just because I had become so out of control with my sugar, caffeine, and snacking, and I just wanted to "get clean" and start fresh.
