Top Chef: Dessert - Page 2

Heather was mean. I am glad to see her go.

Morgan gives me the willies and he's starting to bug me more and more.

I was sad to see Eric go - I was rooting for the baker a little!

I still don't think Danielle measures up to the others - I am really surprised she has made it so far.

I'm glad Zach won - he's my favorite!

Wait, did Zach win the whole thing??? I'm totally in love with Yigit (sp?). I think he's absolutely adorable. I don't quite think Gail is quite Padma, but I enjoy watching. Remember Morgan and the high heel challenge? Creepy.

Oh no, Zach didn't win the whole thing (yet! - he's my guess for winner). I meant I was glad he won the last task! I do like Yigit, too, though! I think it will come down to those two.

** Spoiler Alert **

I can't remember how to do spoilers... sorry....

I am so sad that Zac went home.  I loved him.  He and Erica are my two favorites.  Now, I'm hoping Yigit wins.  I cannot believe that Top Chef did not send Morgan home for calling Danielle a c*** on air.  Yes, it was bleeped... but I'm sorry, that's not the behavior of a "Top" Chef.  I don't care how good his flavors or presentation are.  I'll admit that not all Top Chefs have had the greatest personal skills, but I don't remember a contestant who was so consistently demeaning to others.

I think I completely missed that! was that last night???

I'm so sad about Zac too - love him!!

Morgan is so nasty. I hope he doesn't win the top prize.

totally missed morgan saying that, too!

zac did make a cake wreck but I still thought he was great overall.  he was really creative and seemed to make very imaginative, good tasting stuff.

yigit seems to be falling apart, we'll see if he can pull it together for the finale.

Can't wait for TC all starts to start in Dec.!!!!  I can't get enough of this show.

Zach just lost it on that.  I don't know how he let that cake get away from him.  Why did he not think more sophistication?  I think he did get a lot of nice publicity out of this which will help his career.

Me too. There are so many great chefs. It hasn't started but I would love to see Richard Blaise or Tiffany win. I'm still recovering from annoying Angelo last season so I hope he's the first to go.

I would love Richard to win TC All Stars.

I was so happy for Yigit. Touching to hear about his Dad too.   I have to say that Morgan was classy at the end--but still a jerk throughout.  I can't believe he was so awful to the professional pastry chef (Claudia, I think) who assisted him.  I'm glad that Danielle did well in the finale.  Her Baked Alaska looked yummy and the cheese/roasted grapes thing sounded delicious.

Agree with your entire post. I didn't see the finale  until this morning and hoped and hoped Morgan would not win. His comments are so nasty. Danielle did great and she makes me laugh. Her desserts looked great.

Claudia seemed to take an instant dislike to Morgan. I hope he's not teaching his children to use the kinds of nasty words he uses to refer to other people. Counting the days until Top Chef All Stars. DH is going to watch it too. He was disappointed Richard didn't win his season. I think it will be tough though.

I am very happy Yigit won!

From the way they edited it, I was starting to think Morgan was going to win.  He did do a really good job & actually seemed decent in the last episode.

I think they all did an amazing job.  The professional chefs who helped them were awesome, too.  The desserts they were eating of theirs in the bar looked so good! yummy.gif
