Malaysian Beef Curry recipe??

I've decided that I want to make this dish that we all really enjoy from our favourite Malaysia restaurant. But... I can't find anything quite like it online. I think I can wing it but thought I'd ask here if anyone knows a good recipe.

It's got:

Beef (cubed)
carrot,
green pepper
onion
coconut milk
curry spices. It's quite hot/spicy but easy enough to adjust, I imagine.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? I'm not sure if it's got tomato paste in it (it must since it's not a yellow dish).

I'd appreciate your input!

It's the recipe on the top of the page. This is from Charmaine Solomon's Complete Asian Cookbook which is the bible os asian cooking.

Thank you for your response! That sounds very tasty, I'll give it a try.

I found the menu for the restaurant that makes the meal I was talking about, and they call it Kari Daging Lembu which simply means Curry Beef (not all that helpful LOL). I'm off to search some more. I know the weather's getting colder when I'm craving soups and stews!

check out the other recipes in thatbook. It might be the daging curry. Kari=curry, lembu = beef
so the daging curry on that page would be it
