travel booster seats

Hi Mamas,
I'm looking for some travel help here.
This Thanksgiving we are traveling by train to visit my family. We will have our then 18 month old with us. We will be eating several meals (6 each way)on the train, and I know they only have booth seating on the train.
Will one of these work for her? http://www.amazon.com/Jeep-Travel-An...653113&sr=1-42
I'm intrigued by the idea, but don't know how it will work when there is not "seat" to hook it to, either under the chair or around the back of the seat.
I can always glue a non-stick material to the bottom of the bag, so it will "stick" to the seat if I have to... would that work? Can anyone who has one of these chime in, please........ the material on the booth seats is fake pleathery, like the material at most diners, if that helps....
We could probably use one of these if we had to, but we hate hate hate setting it up and DD is so tiny for her age she sinks sooooo low in it that she is miserable. http://www.amazon.com/Regalo-Diner-P...4653466&sr=1-1
What do you think, mamas?
Thanks in advance,

This is what we have at home and bought for Granny's house. It does fold up well and we like it a lot. We use it without the tray right up to our table. We have brought it out to dinner as well and it is no problem.
