DS is almost 8 weeks old and after spending 2 hours with my midwife yesterday at my six week appt (little late
), she asked if he was always so fussy. I said yes... he's pretty happy in the morning but then from after the 2nd feeding on he is pretty fussy all day. She asked if I'd tried eliminating any foods from my diet. We went through looking for the usual suspects: I eat very little dairy, rarely eat chocolate, no soy (i'm intolerant of it). Actually I pretty much eat the same things all the time: oatmeal and peanut butter toast for breakfast, turkey sandwich for lunch, and my snacks are fruit (apples & bananas) and cashews. Dinner varies.
So we wondered if it might be the nuts? Is this totally crazy? Anybody ever heard of this? I have started eliminating them from my diet, so far so good but it's only been 24 hours.
Just curious if anybody had any thoughts.
