How do the stickies work?

Usually the mods put those up for faqs and info concerning that particular section of the forum. They're not meant to be replied to and they stay at the top for everyone's reference.

OK, so, for this forum - is there information in the stickies, or are they placeholders for future information? If there's information in there, can someone tell me how to reveal it?

In this forum it appears to be both. All you have to do is click on the thread like you would any other.

I see that "post pics of your clean house" is a link, and it works for me. Is there anything else up there that I should be able to access? Cause I don't seem to find anything else to click or read... (I mean, the Resources and FAQ thread for example - what am I missing?)
