Bedrail safety?

I just purchased a bedrail for our bed. DS is 8 weeks old. Obviously he is not rolling yet but just for piece of mind I wanted a bed rail.

There are warnings all over it that it should not be used in an adult bed with children under 2 years of age. Did I get the wrong kind of bedrail or is this just a cover your @$$ thing from the manufacturer?

What kind of rail did you get? I use one and I'm pretty sure they're all going to say that, but certain ones would be better for co sleeping purposes.

I got this one, because a review of it I saw mentioned co sleeping. The day I was shopping online I was desperate and sleep deprived, so I didn't spend a lot of time researching...
