Birth Experiences/Stories w/Lonnie Morris

Hey ladies. I just met with Lonnie today and feel like she is just a PERFECT fit. I'm curious to see if any of you would like to share your experiences with her. I am particularly interested in any water birth stories. I'm so thankful for all of your input previously that helped me to find her in the first place! Thanks ladies.

I don't have any personal experience with her...BUT

I have heard WONDERFUL things about her. I had a fantastic childbirth instructor/doula who had many positive experiences with Lonnie. I believe I heard some good things about her through some La Leche League meetings as well. Good Luck!

yes she does! and her succes rate w/VBACS is like 85%!

I used Lonnie for both of my births and I LOVE her. I'm glad you think she's a good fit-- I think she's a very polarizing personality-- some people can't stand her, others adore her. She was a good fit for me, too-- not too "new agey" or "touchy feely." Can come off as a bit brusque. But REALLY on top of her game, and she absolutely knows when something is fine and normal, and when it needs help. (I was also diagnosed with cervical cancer in her office, and she handled that amazingly.)
