I have a buckwheat pancake/waffle mix and I want to make pancakes... or use the batter somehow. But, making pancakes is not easy w/ a little one... so I was wondering if anyone has ever baked a pancake/waffle batter... or made biscuits... or something. I just seems so much easier to pour all the batter, cook/bake/crockpot, and be DONE!
