New thread idea: Difficult napper support group?

In posting about my difficult napper, I've gotten many responses from people who seem to be in the same boat. Wondering if anyone would like to participate in a support thread where we update each other on new ideas we try, what works, what doesn't, and how (if) we're keeping ourselves sane. Not sure of the best venue for the group - maybe a new tribe? Moms of difficult nappers...

Not sure it's the right place, but I'll try setting something up in the tribes section and see what happens. Come check it out later tonight!

Hi mamas, I guess I'll share something I've been trying. 3 weeks ago I started keeping a sleep diary- I write down the following:
-time of DD's nap
-what I did to get her to sleep
-how long that took
-whether she stayed down once I put her down
-whether it felt easy, medium, hard, or terrible
-how long she napped.

Its kind of nerdy, but I actually made a chart. And I also do it for bedtime and night wakings. It has actually helped me feel a little better because after a really difficult nap, or a really choppy night, I can look at the other days in the week and realize that there are actually a couple naps that went well and a few nights that weren't too bad...Or I can see tiny progress like "oh it only took 25 minutes of bouncing on the ball rather than 30 to get her to sleep."
