Thorne Folate

I've just found out I am pregnant with #2

I'm already taking the Thorne basic prenatal, but I would like to add the real folate too.

I think Thorne makes one? Which one is the one I want?

It should say 5-MTHF.

You're covered, the Thorne basic prenatal has both folinic and mthf folate
