I typically have:

Echinacea
Zinc
Garlic pills
Fish Oil
Ginger root (fresh)
Vit C

I've never really thought to keep 'sick foods' around. We just deal with what we have if we get sick.

Sodium Ascorbate Powder
Olive Leaf Extract
Sea Salt
Vitamin D3 (when we're not able to get out in the sun)
fermented cod liver oil
green tea
chamomile tea
ginseng tea


These are all really good for colds/flu.

I try to keep bone broth in the freezer to make into soup.
