class action law suit?

anyone know much about these? i'm wondering if starting one against one of the companies that makes any of the equipment used in RIC might bring attention & a smack to them? or, say, suing a hospital that's been in the business for years, like the one where i was born, that boasts something like 60,000 births.

Well, sure, then. You'd need a common target, a tort theory, and damages. I kind of got the impression from the OP that the idea was an advocacy-based suit by an unrelated party.
