Tylenol at the very end of pregnancy?

My neck and shoulders hurt a lot, and I keep get headaches. No, it's not a blood pressure issue. I've been checked several times. It's muscle, nerves, etc. I took tylenol twice just to get a little relief so I could sleep.

But, then, I began to wonder if that would mess up something (like amount of bleeding?) if I were to start labor?

Tylenol is safe throughout pregnancy. It will not affect bleeding like aspirin would.
