Looking for snack ideas/recipes for allergy free toddler playgroup

At my church I was asked to be incharge of the childrens group for 2 hours each sunday. There is suppods to be a snack time and the teacher usually provides the snack and drink. The previous teacher always brought cheese puffs, chips, worse junk snacks, and cool-aid. There is no way I am serving these kids that stuff especially since my 1 yr old ds is allergic to corn, soy, bananas, dairy, eggs, gluten, coconut. He will of course be with me. The kids are ages 1-3.
Any snack ideas/recipes?

What about some homemade safe crackers or granola bars made with safe ingredients. Fruit is always a good option too for healthy snacks.

Ages 1-3, so you want to avoid choking foods. And no soy, corn, dairy, bananas, egg, or gluten. OK, we can work with this.

applesauce in various flavor combos (straight apple, peach, mango, etc.)
rice cakes
soft berries
melon cubes cut small
almond butter (I'd still avoid peanut butter, and smear the almond butter thin)
rice cereal
oatmeal-based snacks (cookies, bars, etc.)
