I'm looking for audiobook suggestions for m 3.5yo to listen to during quiet time. I know some 3.5yos on MDC are listening to chapter books, but we are looking for one that does a series of short stories (like Olivia or Arthur).Any recommendations?

Jim Weiss for sure. Ds's favorites at that age were Uncle Wiggly and Tell Me a Story. They are not chapters -- each track is a full, self-contained tale. Here's his site (you can buy a lot of them on Amazon, too):

We got a collection of Arthur stories from our library recently.
A librarian recommended a series of older stories to us while we were there. They were about animals on a farm and their adventures. They sounded so cute. One of them was about a creature in the woods that they thought was a ghost or something, but it ends up being another animal. Another was about aliens from space playing baseball with them or something.
Okay, wait. I found them! Freddy the Pig is the series, by Walter R. Brooks.
Freddy and the Ignormas
is the one about the creature.
