We are moving in 2 (!) weeks, and I still have lots of food to eat up in my freezer. Can you help me come up with ideas? We'll eat anything. I feed 4 people regularly, and we usually use 1 lb of ground beef (for instance) in a meal.
6 lb ground beef
2 cube steaks
1.5 lb chicken wints
1 lb andouille
1 pkg hot dogs
4 lb bacon
.6 lb beef liver
.5 lb chicken liver
green peas
pearl onions
beet greens
okra
green beans
7 pkgs (8 oz) cheddar cheese
2 pkgs mozz cheese
1 pkg monterey jack cheese
ham bone
pre-cooked pinto beans
cooked crowder peas
In our pantry, we still have:
pork and beans
rice (lots of rice...regular and sushi)
nori
flour, sugar, yeast
1 can white northern beans
dried pintos, dried black eyed peas, lentils
1 can enchilada sauce
and a few random other stuff
I can buy a few things here and there, but I'd prefer to use as much as possible that I have without buying too much.
Thanks for your ideas!!
