proposed stash thoughts?

I'm trying to put together a CD wishlist for my little one due in march. I would love some feedback on amounts and such. I plan on washing every 2-3 days, and this should get me through the first year or so size-wise (babies in my family, including DD are about 15lb at their 1st birthday). This is my list so far:

3 dozen GMD Newborn prefolds
2 dozen GMD small prefolds
1 dozen GMD small flats
6 newborn GMD workhorse diapers
6 small GMD workhorse diapers
6 thirsties duo size 1
3 snappies
2 sets of pins

I also plan on making some wool covers and have two newborn sized kushies AIOs

and thoughts on bleached or unbleached prefolds?

I think your stash looks good, the only thing I would think about adding is either some nighttime absorbency prefolds (like a hemp/cotton blend) or some doublers for when you hit the small size. At that point the baby may not be up to eat as much during the night and you may want/need to go a little longer between changes to get more sleep. You can double up the prefolds or flats, but it may be pretty bulky on such a small baby.

As far as bleached vs. unbleached, I prefer unbleached. I know GMD doesn't use chlorine to bleach their diapers but still, I just prefer for things to be as natural as possible. Plus, unbleached doesn't show stains as much.

I don't have any GMD prefolds but I have some bleached (from All Together Diaper) and some unbleached (from Little Lions) and will never buy bleached again. The unbleached ones are so much softer. Although since GMD uses a different process to whiten their prefolds, I don't know if they are softer than the bleached ones I have.

I had to buy some medium FBs when my son was about 4 months old because he outgrew his small diapers. I'm a tad envious if you can use smalls throughout the first year.

What edge color pfs are you referring to?

I know my uber-skinny DS outgrew (in the hip) his infant pfs around 8 mos, so i bought red edge to size up. I really wish i had bought brown instead, the red just doesnt have enough absorbency for us, and im still going to need the brown edge down the road.

I'd get some medium prefolds.. I dont havea big child shes is 6 monts but around that 15lb mark and we have totally outgrown small profolds there really too small to even trifold because of the rise. Reds are perfect now.
Do you have tiny babies my bitty one didn't come close to fittign a thirsties duo size one cover till around 2 months old. and NB prefolds swam on her.. That was something I could have delt with but I deffiently needed smaller covers.

My DD was a good size at birth, 6'10", so I'm not really worried about covers being too big, and if they are it won't be for long. (DD didn't start to drop off on the growth chart until she was about 4-5 months, for the first two she gained like crazy). I'm planning on going coverless around the house for the first couple of weeks at least anyway.

I don't have mediums/red edges listed because once we get around the 13lb mark DD's medium gDiapers&gCloths will fit.

I plan on trying extra pfrefolds/flats as doublers first and see if that works for us before going out and buying extra doublers. there's also a chance we'll be able to use DD's gCloth as doublers. I don't have a ton of extra money, so I don't want to run out and buy a ton of stuff I won't need.
