Thanks Heather!

This will help us keep track of eachother! I was just going to post about how the tired must have set in for everyone, it's so quiet... I know it has for me, started on Friday, and I'm tired all the time now. Not just sleepy tired, but bone tired fatigued no matter how much I sleep.

I'm eating, though. Only the morning is touch and go for whether breakfast will stay down, and then I can eat small meals throughout the day. I was actually hungry yesterday and today. I was like this with ds, also, getting to the no eating part in about a week or so, and then I barfed everyday until 21weeks. I started taking my prenatals before bed, and that has helped immensely!

Anyhow, I was just checking in to see how everyone is, and I'm sorry to hear that some of you are having a hard time with water, even. Take care of yourselves, mamas!

oops-missed this new thread! Its very helpful though, thanks Heather!

I will move my post over here if I can figure out how to do that.

BabyOsMom--I hear you about the exhaustion! I also find I've been waking up having to pee at 4am or 5am every day which doesn't help!

moving this from the other thread

Hi everyone,

Sorry to hear about all the morning sickness! I have been feeling nauseous, and I can totally relate to that feeling of having to eat even though I'm not hungry.

I find I develop weird food aversions at random moments. Like I'll make a sandwich that sounds good in the morning, but by the time I get to lunch it sounds revolting!

I definitely notice the mood swings too, though their made much worse by tiredness--today at Home Depot I started crying because I couldn't decide which lamp to buy!!!! I can laugh about now (and hopefully so can dw!) but how weird. I then came home & slept like a log for 2 hours, so go figure...

Anyway, still enjoying every minute of it.. and looking forward to telling more friends, family & colleagues, but a bit cautious too...

Heather glad to hear you are getting the support you need from your ob.

Kate -where are you? I hope you are ok!

I find I've been really, really introspective lately & antisocial, focused on just wanting to spend time at home with partner & not much else. Saw a good friend on Fri. night, but didn't feel like talking much--anyone else feel this way?

Looking forward to meeting with mw & first u/s on April 13th.

Jesse - I am find myself having to look for things to say. I was excited about going and seeing a friend and her new son but it vanished by ten this morning.

I had a scary dream this morning. I went to the restroom and my panties were covered in blood. I was so afraid to go pee when I woke up. I finally went and everything was clean as a whistle. I will feel a lot better when I can stop these suppositories. I am moody enough pregnant but these things set me over the edge. Not to count the lovely side effects I get below the belt.

I have my third BHCG, E2, & P4 tomorrow. After that the RE will call to schedule the u/s. Pray for doubling x3!!

PS.. I won't jinx myself by saying the nausea has been better. LOL

Heather--Just a quick for your scary dream
& some vibes for your new little one-hope your blood test results are perfect!!

You can add me to the list too, I'm scooting on over here from Nursing Mama's TTC in March. I hope more will come over! Sending to all those TTC.

I'm due 11/25/2004, Thanksgiving Day. I think its a great time of year to be born, all the family it together for the holiday and no one has spent all their money on Christmas stuff yet

We've told close family members, and I have a website up, so I'm concentrating on "positive thinking". First Dr appt this wednesday.

vibes to everyone!

Hi all,

Thanks for the list Heather, it helps my foggy brain to keep everyone straight.

Rebecca, IRL I told my MDC playgroup friends. That is about it. I want to keep this low key until I know everything is okay.

Jesse,
I am also feeling a little like like hiding in my house lately.
Does anyone else start nesting the minute they get pg? I have been on this weird cleaning binge lately and driving everyone nuts because I am too tired to do it by myself.

be well everyone,

edited to add Kim dh's grandma lives in Nashville. Nice place to live. Are all the pansies and tulips up and blooming?

keep checking the due date list as it is growing still. Yaa for more November Mommies.

Why am I in such a pumped up and great mood? My BHCG came back as 3380 that is a week after 121. WOO HOOO

I also found out that a coworker was given a heart over the weekend. This woman has been so strong through a terrible disease. Things are finally looking up for her.

It is a VERY happy Monday!

New mama

Hello all,

I just joined the group. My due date is 11/22/04. We have been trying for 1 yr 9 mths and we finally did it! I have been feeling pretty good except for being nauseous in the middle of the night and getting tired in the middle of the day. Hope you are all well!

5 weeks 6 days

hi mamas,

yay heather for your impressive hcg levels and--wow--coworker's heart! dang. talk about perspective. thanks for the list, too, lady.

welcome and congratulations, marymamma!

i'm feeling pretty good--nauseated after eating, sleepy, but, you know, pregnant. when i lay very still i can feel my pulse down low in my belly, which is comforting. every once in awhile it occurs to me that this might actually result in a baby! i know that sounds strange, but with all this process and miscarriage and healing and day-to-day, i occasionally forget, heh.

tomorrow we'll be at six weeks. according to the ultrasound we had just before the miscarriage (at 13.5 weeks), my uterus was about the size of one 6 to 8 weeks pregnant. so: i'm going to pay close attention to everything for the next two weeks. wishing us all lots of nausea and mood swings!

Gah! I just ate lunch way too early. I shouldn't have done it but I wanted to go to lunch with a friend. I need to remember I can't do this with pregnancy.

Jennifer -I am starting to really get excited about this too. I can't wait for the next month to pass. If I can get to the nine week mark I think my stress will come down. Well maybe..

My list of what I can take in pregnancy is at home. Anyone know what will safely kick a headache? It's not bad (definitely sinus related) but it is slowly getting worse through the day.

Cheers to nausea and moodiness!!!!!

ETA... I just had some small spotting. It could be due to trouble going poo but now I am scared. It was bright bright red. I have a call into the RE's nurse. EEK!

aw, heather! hugs. thinking about you.

remember, spotting happens in lots of healthy pregnancies!

let us know what happens.

Thanks for compiling the list! It is great to see the posts from other gals who are at roughly the same place as me! Very comforting! Here is where I am at:

I am sleeping no less than 11 hours each night. And I am still tired throughout the day! I was nauseous for two weeks straight (not fun at all) and it finally went away about 4 days after I stopped taking my prenatals. Even though my midwife said that would be okay until my stomach settles, I'm nervous about not taking them. But I am also scared to start taking them again and start feeling so sick again! So I'm trying to compensate with eating really well. I am having a hard time drinking water, though, which tastes really metalic to me. I know I'm not drinking enough.

I'm eating the weirdest combinations of food, and I really miss having real "meals." My sense of smell is all wacko too.

I am feeling really, really bloated. My belly is sticking out profusely, but I can't believe I am "showing" at just 8 weeks (from last period). Yet, I can't "suck it in." ???

Generally, I feel kind of yucky, but I am keeping my eye on the prize! Looking forward to the second trimester.

You gals are all awesome! So happy that MDC exists!
Heather and vibes for you!!!
I really hope all is well & send you healing, sticky thoughts--and 2boys is right, your levels are GREAT!

2boys--glad to hear your u/s went well!! must feel great!

Jennifer-glad to hear you have such great symptoms, and I hope they last! (and are bearable too...)

welcome to marysmamma!

mom2radata--my partner & I have both been nesting this weekend I was cooking all day Sunday & she has been reorganizing our bedroom, fixing our door & installing lamps! Fun!

Susie- Glad to hear you had a great u/s!!

I talked to the RE's nurse and she confirmed what I thought. I have irritated myself crazy with the constipation and progesterone suppositories. I am going to use neosporin or A&D ointment when I am having issues.

She also said that my numbers looked awesome and they are higher than the pregnancy that I miscarried. Wohoo!

The U/S is on the 2nd. It might be a bit early but DH is out of town and I would prefer to go with him.
Shell - My belly is sticking out too, I think it is just bloating. I am a little crampy now and then too. I was hoping to be able to wear my regular clothes for a little while yet!
