co-sleeping b/g siblings

right now I'm co-sleeping with my 1y/o dd. Ds (5) sleeps by himself, in his own room, but me and dh took turns co-sleeping with him until he turned 3. The reason we couldn't co-sleep the whole family in one bed is because we didn't sleep comfortably, so it was always one adult and ds in the family bed.

I was wondering if I could let ds and dd co-sleep when she turns 2, ds would be 6. I already asked ds and he would love to. Do you think it would be ok? Does anyone else have the same (or similar) sleeping arrangements?

I'm definitely planning on having my kids cosleep. Since I'm expecting in Spring, I'd like to get my 1 year old into her 6 year old sister's bed by then. I'll have to see how that goes. I still have nightweaning to tackle, so it's a whole thang. I think your plan sounds perfect. I'm not sure if mine is quite old enough...

Mine are 2.5 b/g twins. We have all kinds of sleeping arrangements , sometimes they are both with me, sometimes in their own beds. They desparately want to sleep together. I just worry about it being a all night party.

I think you will be aware when it is no longer appropriate for them to share a bed. I'm thinking you have several years before your oldest starts to have sone hormonal shifts and want his own space.
