Homeopathy - how long did it take to make a difference?

So I started seeing a homeopath in June. DS started seeing the same homeopath at the beginning of August. We're both taking different Guna remedies and I'm taking Bach flowers, new enzymes with pancreatin, an amino acid tab and as soon as it arrives, I'm going to be adding some herbal emollient thing.

I started seeing positive changes for DS when I started taking the new enzymes... he started having some nights that involved sleeping for 8 hours straight. The remedies that DS started taking at the beginning of August immediately helped his incontinence/frequent urination issues and gradually have helped his stools to get firmer instead of being pudding-like.

But I'm a different story. I had die-off when I started the enzymes back in the early part of July, but that resolved and for a couple of weeks I seemed to have less inflammation, which is the huge red flag that I'm either eating something that I shouldn't be or my digestion has gotten worse. Since then, the general trend is that I'm becoming more inflamed and more reactive. It seems like I may have lost more foods and old problems are coming back. My eyelids look terrible again, which means that I'm reacting to eyelash mites again (most people have them, I'm just one of a lucky few who have a reaction to them). My eyelids get horribly inflamed, sore, and will crack open bleeding and I'm having a hard time getting ahead of it with tea tree oil, which is what kills the mites. Last night, I reacted to lotion that I had been fine with a few weeks ago, same bottle and everything - not eyelid related. The eczema that I typically have on my hands and wrists as soon as it gets cold in the fall/winter is coming back already, even though it is still plenty warm outside. I'm having some serious pain and muscle spasms, and feel like a swollen mess a lot of the time. I'm also about 20lbs heavier than I was about a year ago.

The homeopath that I'm seeing says that they're trying to solve things at the root cause and not look at symptoms too much right now... but I'm really struggling. For those of you who have used homeopathy as a significant part of your allergy journey, how long did it take for you to see a positive change? I'm having a very hard time seeing the light at the end of the tunnel (even though I'm on all of the Bach flowers for hopelessness ) and wondering if I should stick with it. Did any of you have things get a fair bit worse before they got better?

the process for us has been slow. We take a low dose everyday, per my homeopath's request.
At this point I think my oldest can have xanthan gum in small doses. I am not seeing any allergy progress for my youngest or I yet. But, I do see other progress.

My oldest has been on the remedy since the beginning of summer, at least.

I am not seeing homeopathy as the magic bullet for allergy relief, but instead as an amazing support system to get our bodies back in balance.

Nutritional support/enzymes seem to help faster.

BUT - I am a full 9 months pregnant and am feeling great - high energy, good feelings. I think homeopathy has been a strong contributing factor.
