12-16 inch knit doll clothes patterns

Anyone know of a good website or book I can buy with patterns for doll clothes for 12 and 16 inch waldorf dolls. I am having the hardest time finding any patterns that AREN'T for American dolls.

MCCalls had some patterns on their clearance section that would work (at least Im assuming they would, they said it was for 16-18 inch dolls). I hope they work, I got one to make a matching dress for my daughter's new doll Im making her for her birthday (Im matching the doll and my daughter's birthday dresses)

If you are on ravelry - i found a TON on their for my girls dolls... specifically these 2 that are ment for waldorf sized dolls, and not American Girl Dolls:

try searching for premie baby sized clothes as well. You might be able to find something that will work. If you're experimental, you could take one pattern, like for a onesie and use it for multiple things (with sleeves, without sleeves, with legs, with socks sewn on- footie jammy style, just the top as a shirt....)

The clothes from the patterns for Kit, Chloe and Louise from Wee Wonderfuls (www.weewonderfuls.com) fit 12-13 inch waldorf dolls well.. Some of the clothes for her Olive and Archie dolls fit them as well. Her doll patterns are pretty awesome too.

Also, Joys Waldorf dolls has a booklet you can buy with clothes that fit 13-16 inch Waldorf dolls.

I really enjoy making smaller waldorf dolls--13 inches or so, and have had a hard time finding patterns for them...there are SO many patterns for 18 inch dolls, it's unbelievable!
