Who else is pregnant with a log?

Anyone else enduring the joys of a transverse breech baby? This is so indescribably uncomfortable; I feel like I am pregnant with a lot. I know I'm due in December and all but I wasn't expecting to give birth to an actual Christmas tree.

This is uncomfortable enough in itself but toss in shooting tailbone & pubic bone pain, wretched feel-like-I'm-about-to-vomit heartburn, and general crankiness, and I feel like I'm about to strangle anyone who says the words "pregnant" and "happy" in the same paragraph. The baby isn't always in this position but when she is...ugh...pain. That butt in the air position doesn't seem to be doing anything for me anymore, she turns when she wants to!

I know how ya feel!

My baby is head down now (he turned a few days ago) but for a couple of weeks he was transverse and it is soooo uncomfortable! He would try and stretch and bust out of my sides and sometimes his butt and legs would hang waaaaaaay out on one side and make me soooo lopsided. That was ouchy.

I didn't do anything specific to make him turn. He just decided to do it one day thankfully.

Yes, my little turkey is staying transverse continually so far. From the best I can discern, despite my best efforts he is laying face down with his head in my left hip and his butt and feet tucked in my right hip. And he enjoys very much poking and kicking me in the cervix and bottom Not digging it... But so far it hasn't really hurt or caused any lasting discomfort. I just don't see how he can stay comfortable once he gets much bigger. I will be 27 weeks on Wednesday - surely its time to get vertex, right little man??? he seems to be using my c-section scar like a little hammock - here is a picture of my low slung little man http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...ics/26w-3d.jpg Is that insane or what?

Number Five is seems to be sitting somewhere between transverse and breech right now, kicking my lower left side.

Number Four was transverse until somewhere around 35 weeks (born at 42 weeks). I spent a lot of time with Spinningbabies!

Right now, most of the spinninbabies suggestions make me want to vomit, so I'm just hoping he figures things out soon!

mine was until about 32ish weeks

then she decided to turn into a rock (head-down) and lately has been more of a watermelon (just because shes so long!)

Not this pregnancy (yet anyway) but when I was pregnant with ds he was transverse until 36 weeks ish! i would watch him stretch his legs out one side of me and his head/hands on the other and it really looked like he was trying to bust out! lol

I am 30 weeks and don't know what position my baby is in. I am so confused! I feel movement all over. Experienced mamas, any tips on how to tell?

I think I'm pregnant with a cinder block, and a pointy corner is digging into my bladder.
