Anyone have a guess what the text at the end meant?

SPOILER

I think it meant that Eli David found Alejandro and finished the job. They couldn't prosecute Alejandro for killing his sister or anything else because of diplomatic immunity and they couldn't kill him because of the diplomatic mess it would create with Mexico. If that's true, then that was one heck of a favor Director Vance called in.

Gibbs' dad is so cute.

Not sure about the text at the end...something tells me that it's someone super-important from a long time ago. Mind you, I have no idea who.

McGee is getting skinnier by the season. That guy is a freaking toothpick these days!
