I got a packet in the mail today. Helpful "flashcards" about "my baby's" development.
"Mom's got things to do. Her 'to-do' list may include weaning baby."
Other side:
"Getting ready to go back to work? Then you're probably thinking of the whys, whens, and whats of weaning."
So they suggest start skipping a nursing session and add a bottle of pumped milk or a bottle.
Shorten each nursing session by a few minutes and end with a bottle (Which I believe can lead to over-feeding, right?)
Don't give up, it will happen.
I guess I don't know whether the "weaning" advice is good but I don't think pumping ends nursing and qualifies as weaning.
