Thanks for sharing my excitement and relief everyone! I'm still soooooo relieved and happy and like to replay the appt over and over in my head. It was so great to see it looking just as normal as the other one. In our previous scans, you could easily see the mass and the cysts within it. It would glow really bright and at it's biggest was 7cm long! And now.....nothing! 
There is likely some abnormal tissue there, but not anything big or that will cause him any issues breathing. We'll still see a paed some time after birth to see what if anything needs to be done about it. But we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.
