For the more advanced charters... can your cervix be high, firm, and closed tightly shut and posterior and you still ovulate? Or no???? And what did your cervix do when you became pregnant? Just wondering.
No, I've never had ovulation occur with a cervix that is firm and closed. It is always high, soft, and open. After that it goes low, firm, and closed. If af is coming it stays low, but softens and opens. If I am pregnant it goes very high and posterior, firm and closed (after implanation), then it becomes very soft within a week or so.

Another question... after you O is it suppose to be dry down there? like when you reach up to check your cm are you suppose to get anything out or just come up empty handed (literally lol) and just be dry? My chart says I more than likely Oed 4 days ago but I never dried up or anything... I have still been (sorry if tmi) extreamly wet and I have still been getting creamy cm just like I have my entire cycle this month... (with the occasional wet or fertile days).... jw.
For me, it goes from clear eggwhite strechy to creamy white. Sometimes it's alot of it, but it's not clear so not fertile, plus the cervix goes down at the same time as well as temp going up. Are you temping as well as checking cervix?
yes I temp also... my thermometer I bought at the begining of the month (I just realized) has been dyiing on me all month so Im not sure how accurate my temps are this month...
