I have long lost the link but years ago read a good article sorting out whole foods.
Tempeh and Soy Sauce were listed as foods which were okay to eat daily. Tofu was listed as something you can eat 2-3 times a week if you are otherwise healthy. All other soy should not be eaten, including edemame
