i've read what you're supposed to do, but those options don't appear to be available to me.

i bought my subscription a couple days ago (not just minutes ago) and i've noticed the funds have been deducted from my account.

what am i doing wrong?

Hi! If you paid via echeck, sometimes it looks like the funds were deducted from your paypal, but the echeck hasn't technically cleared (the bank releasing the funds). So that may be the issue if you didn't pay by credit card or funded paypal.

That said though, there was a technical glitch that prevented the software from recognizing the subscription recently. If you send your paypal receipt to administrator@mothering.com they can take a peek at the status and activate it manually for you!
