supply issues....sigh

so my DS is 9 months and I've been pumping while at work and bfing at home and seemed to be supplying enough (I average about 10-12 oz/day pumping). But since he's started fulltime daycare the teachers keep telling me that he needs more milk. I send in all that I've pumped the day before so he's getting 10-12 oz of milk, plus the solid foods I'm sending along for the day. I've been drinking the mothers milk teas, supplementing with More Milk Plus, drinking more water etc. But I still can only seem to get the 10-12 oz from pumping. I've even tried adding extra pumping sessions at home only to get less than a 1/2 oz extra.

So is it that my supply is down or that maybe DS is just requiring more solids these days, esp since he's getting really active now, crawling/pulling up to stand etc. Any thoughts?

TIA mamas!
