Breastfeeding and Meds-need some info please

Hi

I am nursing my 22 month and will be trying to conceive soon.
Unfortunately I would have to take baby aspirin daily ( I had thrombophilia last pregnancy) and Lovenox (an injection-blood thinner) and would have to take progesterone suppositories for luteal phase issues....

I am a bit nervous to take this while I nurse but I don't think my DS is anywhere near weaning.

Does anyone have any info on these meds? I don't have the Hale book....

I also wonder if it is possible to find out how soon the meds enter the system-milk so I can avoid nursing then or pump and dump!!!

Any info would be really helpful!!
