Divorce and residency question...

Hi everyone,

Well, I haven't posted in this forum in a while. My h and I have been separated for about two years. I recently decided to move to his location so that he could be around his son, and I could get more schooling done. It is clear that we are not going to work it out. However, we are now again under the same roof. I'm not so worried about drawing any clear lines because, it appears their already drawn. Yet, I have been contemplating what life would be like if we actually had things a bit more permanent. So, I have beginning research about divorce proceedings here in Texas. However, I am wondering how does separation or divorce work when we have different residencies. I am still a Florida resident and he is now a Texas resident. He is in the army.

If anyone has an idea, let me know...

Either of you can file in either state, because one of you is a resident.
