Toddler chair for sitting at big person's table?

Hi. I'm looking for recommendations of good chairs/boosters for sitting at the big person's table. My son sits in a Me Too chair clipped to our table but he is 2 years old now and we'd like him to be able to get in and out easily. So we are looking for a chair that is easy for a toddler to navigate into and out of. I've considered a Kaboost. Anyone have experience with Kaboost? Any other recs? Thanks!

DD (23 mths) has no trouble climbing into a regular dining chair. We used to have the Fisher Price booster attached to a chair, but she would push back from the table and almost tip over backwards. She removed it when she was about 20 mths.

DS climbs into and out of regular chairs too, but he has to stand to reach his food comfortably. Does your DD stand to eat, or do regular chairs work for her at the table while sitting? DS might be on the smaller side...

DD sits. When she first started sitting on the regular chair, the table was at chin height

DS is 2.5 and just sits at the table. We have a booster seat, no idea what kind, but it's rubbery. Anyway, he doesn't like the booster seat. So he either sit with his head just about even with the table or kneels.

W/out the cushions, with the wooden bar but haven't used it -- but we got ours on CL for $20. DS is 3.5 and still uses it, I've sat in it, and DS has used it since he was 1, I think he was around 17 or 18 mos when we got it?

Stokke Tripp Trapp. We have it used it since he could sit unassisted and even grown ups can use it.

I second the Stokke chair. My LO can get in and out of it easily, and it can be adjusted easily. It also doesn't look too kiddie-ish, so aesthetically, I like it in the dining room.

Oh, you are temptimg me. But $225? Did you look at the Svan before choosing the Stokke?

Here is one by one step ahead. I saw it on craigslist dinged up for $50the other day. But it retails for $89 so I passed. But it looks really nice, too.

And toys r us has a sale on the red kettler tip top.

We used a KinderZeat - bought as a Christmas present by my parents at our request. My 7 year old still sits in it and it can handle the weight of an adult.

We got this chair for dd from Ikea. We love it. Though I can't believe we paid $70 here in Canada. Almost tice the price, and our dollar is comparable. yikes.

We have a Stokke knockoff for DD (she's been using it since 18 months) and a Badger Basket Embassy chair for DS. I'd highly recommend either of them. DD has never had any problem getting in or out of her chair.

Great ideas! And a few are even affordable. I'd forgotten about the IKEA option, though it looks difficult for little people to get in and out of. The kettler chairs look interesting. Anyway, thanks!

we have the svan and it's pricey but the best chair ever. It can also convert to a normal chair later so they can use it at the table when they are older kids too.
