When I first had DS I got a Lansinoh manual pump and 8 pump bottles (5 Oz). I used it maybe 10-20 times, before switching to a Medela freestyle (I WOH so an electric pump was a must). Since then my Lansinoh and the bottles are just taking up space in my cupboards because I use bags for freezing milk and I needed bigger pumping bottles (I have 9oz medela bottles)
So, I was debating whether it would be ok to give these away, or if that is not appropriate. I don't have any contageous sicknesses of any kind, and the bottles can be sterilized, but what about the pump? Is it worth it to anyone or should I just resign to throwing them away.
TIA

I've got the same pump and I think the whole thing can be boiled, so I would be okay with that.

usually the whole manual pump can be sterilised so i'd pass it on.

i recently got a medela swing from a friend, which cannot all be sterilised. i know the person i got it from well, and was happy to take it. very grateful in fact - i am donating to a friend because of it.

just be open about it being pre-used when you offer it, then others can go with their own comfort zone feelings IRT the issue.
