Is all homogenized milk labeled as such?

So, I finally found a brand of non-WF milk that is definitely not homogenized: but only the quart sized packages. These say "shake well" and indeed, when I open the bottle there is cream on top. But, although it does not say "homogenized" on the gallon size (same brand!) I suspect it is in fact homogenized and it does not say "shake well" on the bottle. Anyone know the regulations for labeling homogenized products? I know all organic milk I've seen specifically says homogenized and the regular milk @ WF says homogenized on it as well, what's the deal?

Is it Smith's Creamery? They are non homogenized, I buy it in the gallon jugs. IME if it's homogenized, it's labeled as such.

It's actually Southern Belle. But, our local grocery store also carries milk that does not say "homogenized" but I'm pretty sure that it is. This is so confusing.

I just looked it up and indeed, it is not required by law to state homogenized on the packaging.
