Recommend a multi vitamin for dh?

My dh cannot tolerate the two brands he's tried so far. They are iron-free but still really upset his stomach. We've tried Rainbow Light and Bluebonnet.

Any suggestions for a super gentle multi he could try? He really prefers a capsule form because he has a hard time swallowing them otherwise.

Besides iron is there another ingredient that tends to cause stomach upset?

Some people don't tolerate supplemental copper well, I'm not sure how variable the symptoms of that are, though.

I like Thorne's multivits, they're called Basic Nutrients 1-5 with different formulations. I'd get a bottle of one of the iron-free and copper-free ones and try that. Thorne tends to have good forms of vitamins and minerals, easy to absorb and use. They come in capsules that can be opened if he wants.

My dh gets upset tum from most multis also - he does much better w/ a whole foods mukti. We love love love Dr. Mercolas whole food multis He hasn't had any trouble with these. They're capsules too.
I think niacin can cause nausea in some.
