[B]What are you going to do once you reach your ultimate goal??

I'm going to buy a new wardrobe, for one. I might also feel comfortable enough to start taking a dance class. Maybe audition fro Canadian Idol (just kidding, I'm too old).

How are you going to maintain your new self?
I think if I feel better about myself I might feel more inclined to do things like keep my nails polished and manicured, and give myself regular facials. I should be doing those things now but I need to treat myself to non-food treats to tell myself I'm worth treating myself special. Basically, all around taking better care of myself. I want to continue with the eating habits and exercise habits that will have caused the loss in the first place.

Are you changing your lifestyle for good?[B/}
Yes, definately. That's what needs to happen to lose weight for good. I want both. However, I will try not to be too legalistic about it as not to feel guilty for the occasional dinner out or treat.

[B}What are you really trying to accomplish?

A total lifestyle change. I want to feel good about me. I want to feel sexy for my husband. I'm not doing this for him but I want to be confident in the bedroom. I want to prevent weight related diseases and I want to get rid of the yeast problem for good. I want to be example for my kids and I want to feel healthy and have more energy. I feel like my weight issues have prevented me from setting goals and dreaming dreams. I want to get those things back.

YAY!!

I seem to be getting some thinnes in my legs and arms and face. However, this pp belly is sticking tough. I just love the skin flap. I can tell you that I am going to look gross after the weight comes off. My skin stretched too far with Tracy and it has no elastisity left. So, I'll have all this hanging loose skin. I'm hoping they are still doing Extreme Makeover in about 5 years. I'll apply!!

Good job lilyka!

Can anyone reccommend a good jogging bra that I can get here in Canada? One that is good for great big breastfeeding boobies? I have a jogging bra that is inadequate and is preventing me from doing any serious exercise. Help!

Just keep doing what I've been doing.

Yes, because if you don't you'll just gain the weight back.

Re: sports bras- check out www.title9sports.com I don't know, but I imagine they ship to Canada. My current fav is the Champion Double Dry (I'm a 38C and I jog if that info is helpful). I have one called the Frog Bra, but because I'm so short and the straps aren't adjustable I don't like it as much. GL!
