Switiching Soy in recipes

Has anyone ever switched out soy milk for maybe almond milk in recipes? Are there any problems? Just asking because we don't use soy milk...

You can sub ANY alternate milk into any recipe. Go for it!

I've been using almond milk a lot lately (pancakes, muffins, rice pudding, um... some other stuff...) and it seems to work really well in everything!

We use almond milk most of the time instead of soy.
