Ibuprofen for neck/back pull during TWW?

I slept wrong or twisted wrong getting out of bed. My neck/back is in a lot of pain-Is it really horrible to take a few doses of ibuprofen during the Two Week Wait? Tylenol is doing nothing. I've bathed in Epsom Salts, massage, heat and cold compresses.

Personally, I would be ok with it, but I am comfortable with a lot more things pre-BFP than a lot of mamas.

I think it can actually cause problems, but maybe not just a few doses? I would google it and read up a bit. I avoid it, even for AF cramps, while TTC. I believe there is conflicting evidence, but some studies say it can cause a thinner uterine lining, and possibly m/c.
