Question about More Milk Plus

Has anyone used it?? Would you recommend the tinture or the capsules which works better?

I used it once with my DD and once when I was pumping for another baby and both times it worked well for me. I preferred the tincture to the capsules myself.

I've used the capsules and yes, they definitely boost my supply.

Works well, although the tinture tastes disgusting. I don't know how well the capsules do.

I'm using More Milk Plus (mixed herbs).

I've used the tincture (w/ alcohol) and the tincture w/o alcohol. The one w/ alcohol has a better taste. They sell a fenugreek tincture too. I am actually thinking of switching to fenugreek capsules instead... since I need to UP my supply more. (I am on domperidone and Goat's Rue also... which, btw, Goat's Rue tastes worse than More Milk Plus, IMO... but I've had worse tasting concoctions, so this is nothing.)

Anyway, I plan to switch to fenugreek capsules b/c the tincture that I am on seems to have a smaller dosage of fenugreek since it also contains Blessed Thistle, Nettle, & Fennel. If you get the fenugreek tincture, the dosage is still the same - 1mL four times daily. So percentage-wise, it seems I am getting less fenugreek w/ the mixed herbs tincture. Plus, I don't smell like maple syrup... which is what you're supposed to smell like w/ the capsules to know your 'max' dosage... I can't tell with the tincture.

I found im more likely to take it in capsule form just because i hate tinctures. But ultimately i found it didnt do a whole lot for me, but we had some other issues going on.

Another one to try is Lactate Support. Its cheaper than MMP. For me, it worked better, as well. It has different herbs than MMP so it all depends on what you respond to.
