i really like one like this, but they only have the toddler size in. i tried it in person, and it was way too long.

We have the Mei Tai Baby brand, and it has padded shoulder straps. No hood, but it does have the head cushion option on accessories page. I believe it's one size? We like it a lot, good quality.
